Summer heat

Yep, it's been a hot, sweaty summer. Of course that didn't stop me from going out in the heat of the day and shooting. This summer I challenged myself to shoot in the so called 'ugly hours' of high noon to see if I could control the light and get useable, soft images as well as high contrast images. It was actually somewhat of a challenge to pull off, but we did. Thank goodness for models that will brave the heat for a photographic science experiment. I also found out from that experiment that models don't sweat. Go figure?
